Is a loyalty program that allows retail consumers to purchase VICI cannabis at wholesale prices. Prices are gradually lowered, based on how much cannabis a member purchases, so that by the time a member purchases a pound worth of product, that member would have paid the wholesale cost for the pound. In a simplified example lets say a retail 1/8 costs $50, while the wholesale costs per 1/8 (when purchasing a pound) is say $30. The program keeps track of purchases and gradually lowers you price per 1/8, so that buy the time you’ve purchased a pound worth of cannabis, you would have only paid $30 per 1/8.
